Если ваша заявка одобрена, мы вам написали, но вы никак не подтверждаете участие в течение трех дней, заявка автоматически аннулируется.
3. Заявка не дает гарантию участия. Вам может быть отказано, если ваш проект не подходит Маркету БРИКС по формату, или если мы уже набрали достаточное количество участников с похожим ассортиментом.
4. Организатор предоставляет участникам место, размер которого не должен превышать 150х150 (200х150 для дизайнеров одежды) и стул. Использование иного торгового оборудования разрешено только после согласования каждой единицы с организатором (присылаете описание каждой единицы с размером и фото). Тыльная сторона крупных конструкций (ширмы, стеллажи, прилавки и т.д.) должна иметь презентабельный вид. Использование баннеров и роллапов без согласования с организатором строго запрещено!
5. Вода, кофе-брейк входит в аренду.
6. Публикации в соцсетях Саммита креативных индустрий стран Маркета БРИКС будут опубликованы по вашему желанию.
Участие в Маркете составляет — 20 000 ₽ .
